Use the service lawfully
Use NeoPresence only for lawful purposes and within the authority you hold. Do not use the service for fraud, phishing, impersonation, malware, exploitation, unlawful discrimination, threats, harassment or distribution of material you have no right to use.
Respect people and their information
Do not publish another person’s sensitive information without a lawful basis. Do not submit secrets, identity documents or private customer records to public-source research or public website components. Obtain the permissions necessary for customer testimonials, media, tracking, messaging and integrations.
Protect systems and service limits
Do not bypass authentication, access another workspace, probe private networks through a public crawler, steal installation or transfer credentials, defeat usage controls, or overload third-party services. Respect robots rules, destination policies and contractual limits. Report a suspected vulnerability privately to support rather than accessing unrelated records to demonstrate it.
Product-specific restrictions
Do not use recommendations as permission to spam communities, fabricate reviews, invent citations or impersonate a business owner. Manual external actions remain subject to the destination’s rules.
Reports and enforcement
Report misuse to support@neoweb.ai with the relevant public URL or reference and the reason. Do not attach unnecessary personal data. Restrictions should be proportionate to the issue; urgent security or legal circumstances can require immediate action. An affected user can contact support to request review. Registry, network and other independent enforcement decisions can apply separately.
