Terms of service

How NeoPay handles the service, your responsibilities and the terms of use.

Last reviewed: October 1, 2026Product-specific notice

Operator and agreement

The services are operated under the NeoWeb company identity: state registration number 273.110.1490562, tax ID 02936132, Republic of Armenia. Privacy correspondence should be directed to privacy@neoweb.ai.

These terms cover NeoPay. You must have legal capacity to enter the agreement or valid authority to act for the organization using the service. Product checkout terms and mandatory law also apply. Using this public website does not itself authorize a recurring subscription, domain registration or payment.

Accounts and authorized use

Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and give workspace access only to authorized people. Notify support if access is compromised. You are responsible for the instructions and content you submit, subject to applicable law. Do not share secrets through public pages or unauthenticated support channels.

Ecosystem funds and future financial services

NeoPay’s initial funds workspace is limited to the operations explicitly enabled inside the NeoWeb ecosystem. Review the applicable balance type, supported payment methods, permitted use, fees and handling of unused funds before making any payment. A displayed concept or demo balance is not evidence that money has been received or that a payment has completed.

Cards, multi-currency pockets, transfers, exchange, business payments, everyday services and rewards are roadmap items. They are not offered under these terms as currently available regulated financial services. A future launch must identify the relevant provider, eligible countries, requirements and additional terms. No bank status, protected deposit, guaranteed return or unconditional redemption right is asserted on this marketing page.

Early interest is non-binding and does not authorize a charge, create a deposit, reserve a financial product or guarantee a launch date. Optional launch communications are separate from replying to an inquiry.

The eSIM offer and your device

NeoPay’s current service is travel eSIM purchasing and management. Unless an offer states otherwise, plans are data-only and do not include ordinary calls, SMS or a telephone number. Before purchasing, confirm that your exact device supports eSIM, is carrier unlocked, and supports the selected service in the destination.

The selected offer defines countries, networks, data allowance, validity, activation trigger, installation deadline, tethering conditions and top-up eligibility. Network signal, congestion, maintenance and local restrictions affect service. Marketing illustrations do not establish coverage or plan pricing.

Orders, provisioning and installation

The final checkout shows the total, currency and applicable charges. A payment confirmation and a supplier provisioning confirmation are different events. If an order is pending or uncertain, check the existing order or contact support rather than placing a duplicate order.

Keep installation credentials private and follow the supplied instructions. Installing early can start validity on an installation-based plan. Deleting a profile can prevent reinstallation and does not cancel the purchase. Home-carrier calls, SMS or automatic data switching may incur charges under your separate carrier agreement.

Cancellation and statutory rights

Unused-profile cancellation depends on the supplier’s eligibility checks, provisioning, installation and usage. Cancellation of a supplier profile and refunding your original payment are separate steps. Contact support with your order reference for review. Top-ups may have different cancellation eligibility.

Mandatory consumer remedies remain available where applicable. Where law requires express consent to immediate performance and acknowledgment of an effect on withdrawal rights, those choices must be obtained at checkout; acceptance of general terms alone is not treated as that consent. The legal classification of the specific service and your location determine the applicable rights.

Pricing, changes and billing disputes

Review the disclosed total, currency, billing period, taxes and allowances before committing. Only an explicit purchase or billing authorization creates a payment obligation. Report a duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charge promptly with the reference available to you. Do not make another purchase to resolve an uncertain order.

Material changes to a continuing paid offer should be communicated in accordance with the contract and applicable law. Cancellation and refund rights are described in the product’s policy and are subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Content rights and permitted license

You retain your rights in submitted content. You permit the processing and display necessary to deliver the service you request. This permission is limited by its purpose and the applicable retention requirements. NeoWeb’s software, branding and service materials remain protected by their respective rights. Third-party components and media retain their own licenses.

Service availability and third parties

Services can depend on network, hosting, payment, AI, registry or integration providers. Maintenance, restrictions or provider changes can affect availability. A specific service-level commitment applies only where expressly agreed. We should communicate material service changes and handle failed or undelivered paid services under the applicable offer and law.

Suspension and ending the service

Access may be restricted to address fraud, security incidents, nonpayment or a serious violation. Where practical and lawful, the affected user should receive the reason and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent action can be necessary to prevent harm. Contact support to contest a restriction or request an available export. Ending access does not erase outstanding obligations or mandatory remedies.

Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by law, NeoWeb is not responsible for losses caused solely by unauthorized customer changes or independent third-party decisions outside its control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to fraud, deliberate misconduct or a defective paid service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, with disputes subject to its courts. Mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights in a consumer’s location continue to apply where required. First contact support with the issue and proposed resolution; that step does not prevent use of an available legal remedy.
