A permission-based connection
An integration uses the permissions you authorize on the original platform to retrieve the public content needed for a feed. Platform approval, API access and your selected plan determine which connections are available. A product illustration is not confirmation that every social platform is enabled.
What is processed
A connection may process account or page identifiers, profile details, authorized public posts, videos, thumbnails, captions, links and the tokens needed to maintain access. It does not authorize unrelated access to private messages or other accounts.
Display and responsibility
You decide which authorized content to display on your website and are responsible for the rights to use it. Public content can be viewed and copied by visitors. Third-party embeds can create their own requests; review the privacy implications before adding them.
Disconnect or request deletion
Disconnect in the product and revoke permissions at the original platform when appropriate. Contact privacy@neoweb.ai for a deletion request. Necessary security, billing or dispute records can remain under the applicable policy; third-party copies require a separate request to their controller.
